Twitch Channel Points are a loyalty system on the Twitch streaming platform that rewards viewers for watching and engaging with streams. Viewers can earn these points by watching streams, participating in raids, following channels, and maintaining watch streaks. The number of points earned varies based on factors such as subscription status, watch time, and interaction with the stream.
How to Use the Twitch Channel Points Calculator
Step 1: Enter Your Channel Points
Input the number of Twitch Channel Points you want to calculate the earning time for in the “Enter your Channel Points” field.
Step 2: Select Your Subscription Status
Choose your Twitch subscription status from the dropdown menu. Options include Not Subscribed, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Your subscription status affects the rate at which you earn points.
Step 3: Indicate Your Follow Status
Select whether you are following the channel or not. Following a channel provides a one-time bonus of 300 points.
Step 4: Enter Your Watch Streak
If applicable, input the number of consecutive days you’ve watched the stream (up to 30 days). Each day of your watch streak contributes additional points.
Step 5: Click “Calculate Time”
After entering all the required information, click the “Calculate Time” button. The calculator will process your inputs and display the results.
Step 6: Review the Results
The calculator will show you approximately how long it would take to earn the specified number of points based on your inputs. It will also provide a detailed explanation of how the calculation was made, including information about hourly point accumulation and any bonuses from following or watch streaks.
