Q: I am a BIGO official host. Can I still become a BIGO Singapore ambassador?
A: No, BIGO official hosts will not be able to enjoy this policy and will be compensated according to their current policy/arrangement.
Q: Can I purchase downloads online and be compensated?
A: No, BIGO will assess the legitimacy of the downloads generated. Should downloads be acquired from illegitimate sources, or if fraudulent behavior is detected, BIGO reserves the right to not compensate for the downloads generated.
Q: I run a company specializing in media buys, can I become a BIGO Singapore ambassador?
A: No, only individuals can be BIGO Singapore ambassadors. For partnership or sales enquiries, kindly email us at simchongrui@bigo.sg.
Q: How will I receive payment?
A: All compensation will be credited as BIGO beans into your BIGO account. You can then cash out those beans. Conversion rate of beans will be 210 beans = 1 USD. The number of downloads that you generated will be calculated at the end of each month. Beans will be credited into your account by the end of the following month. A minimum balance of 6,700 beans will be required to cash out your beans.
